The Head Trip: Adventures on the Wheel of Consciousness


The Head Trip: Adventures on the Wheel of Consciousness is a book by Jeff Warren that saw its publication in December 2007. It explains the twelve different states of consciousness accessible to everyone throughout the day. I still haven't managed to get a copy of this, so I can't tell anyone if it is a good read or not, but considering the amount of enthusiasm with which the author approaches this subject, the book must be fascinating. I though I could embed some videos in which Jeff Strand talks about his work:
